Pick mode:

This color picker houses two modes of operation : Live pick, Safe pick

Safe Pick:
Picks color from the screen by containing mouse clicks and hover. This mode does not allow you to interact with the desktop and active applications until you pick a color.

This is the default and most required mode to pick a color, Unless you want to pick a color when the mouse interacts with certain elements on the screen. For this the Live Pick allows you to pick colors without blocking mouse events.

Live Pick:
Picks color from the screen and does not block mouse events from occuring. Mouse hover and click functionality on the desktop and all active applications is allowed.

Usage scenario: You want the color of a button when it is hovered over or clicked

Note: Mouse clicks will trigger the actual functions and screen color picker would NOT block them from happening.
